Frederic (a.k.a. Cookie) is Admirals onboard chef. His passion for cooking stems from years of catering aboard yachts and at some of Madagascar’s finest 5 star hotels. Frederic prepares the most sumptuous meals using fresh local ingredients and one cannot discount his great talent for International Cuisine. (His spaghetti bolognaise is legendary!).
Hassan, barman, chief fisherman and deckhand is renowned for his Tropical Rum Cocktails – a healthy blend of local fresh fruits and Madagascar’s delicious local rum. Hassan works tirelessly to ensure that the yachts are kept in tiptop shape and is always at hand to assist guests with all their requirements.
